Is Jesus Enough?

I'm confident that this is what my treasures in heaven look like! How often do we treat a relationship with Jesus as enough?  Don't we more often talk about the Gospel by showcasing the amazing benefits that come along with it?  What does it look like for us to confess that Jesus is enough for us?  Perhaps Jesus' visit to his hometown in Luke 4:14-30 can shed some light on it. This talk begins with a introduction and story by Jonathan Odom, BCN's High School Pastor.

    Very interesting message. I was confused by the intro story, but understood after you got rolling. If only modern Christianity could grab a hold of this concept.

    @Mark - Thanks, man! We were hoping the initial story would create some confusion and discomfort. It's from a book of contemporary parables by Peter Rollins; it's called "The Orthodox Heretic". I highly recommend it!

    I got a lot of good feedback after the gathering, but I also did make one person mad - he heard me say that Jesus isn't enough to get you into Heaven. I didn't say that, but I understand how he got confused.
