Talking to people about Jesus is nerve-wracking. In this Epiphany series, we’re going to explore how Jesus met people where they were – and what was so good about the news he shared. Ultimately, we’ll see that sharing Jesus with people is easier than we ever imagined. All it takes is a lot of love.

Pompeii

The song "Pompeil" by Bastille is about what it feels like to live through the End of the World. When our world is rocked by tragedy, we tend to look backward, to idealize the "Glory Days" of the past and pine for what we've lost. But God's words through the prophet Isaiah remind us that God is never finished with us, that God is doing a new thing in our midst. The prophet calls us to be mindful of what God is doing NOW. The Glory Days are ahead of us because God is with us.
