Jargon is a really useful language shortcut for insiders, but it can be a real barrier for the uninitiated. When we share the good news of Jesus with others, how can we identify and remove our Christian jargon?

Talking to people about Jesus is nerve-wracking. In this Epiphany series, we're going to explore how Jesus met people where they were - and what was so good about the news he shared. Ultimately, we'll see that sharing Jesus with people is easier than we ever imagined. All it takes is a lot of love.

Everyone knows the world isn’t as it should be. There’s a sickness deep within us, a rot in the human heart. The Bible calls that rot Sin, and even though no one likes to talk about Sin, we can’t escape its reality. A snake once whispered to us that we could be like God. We believed that lie, and the venom of Sin has been killing us ever since.
